“I really like decorating the rosettes, but my favorite one is the Fleur de Sel, the chocolate cupcake with caramel in the center, chocolate ganache, and sprinkled with some sea salt. I like coming in really early in the morning. Usually the earliest shift is around 4 AM, so I have to be out of the house at 4.
