Chocolate strawberries
Ingredients:
1 Container Strawberries
2 cups chocolate chips
2.5 tbsp coconut oil
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and wash strawberries
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a double boiler
- Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place on parchment paper
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
Candy Heart Bark
Ingredients:
6 oz white candy melts
6 oz pink candy melts
6 oz choc chips
1tbs coconut oil
1 box of candy hearts
⅓ cup sprinkles
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Melt white candy melts and pink candy melts separately in the microwave on increments of 20 secs, stirring between each until melted
- Melt chocolate chips the same way, but after melted add coconut oil and stir until melted
- Spread chocolate chips over parchment paper in a thin layer
- Drizzle candy melts over the chocolate until you run out
- Sprinkle candy hearts, and sprinkles over top to decorate
- Refrigerate until hardened
Valentines cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks of softened butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
M&M pink, red, and white
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Beat together butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until combined
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix till combined.
- Spoon one tbsp of dough into rows on the parchment paper
- Place M&M’s on top of dough in patterns.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
- Allow to coolbefore serving
