As the school year wraps up, it’s the perfect time to try something new! This summer, start running! I never considered myself a runner, but after joining the track and field and cross country teams my freshman year, I fell in love with running outdoors. I encourage everyone to get out there and enjoy the sunshine. Running is the ultimate feel-good sport: you can go at any pace and distance that you feel comfortable with. You can also run with a group of friends and have amazing conversations, or curate an upbeat running playlist to carry you through a tough workout.
