Sonnentor, a German specialty brand, makes an excellent gift for mothers who deserve to take a second and relax. We picked Familien Zeit ($5.25) because of its emphasis on interconnectedness and quality time, but any other flavors from this brand will do. 2. Bomba’s Sunday Mule Slippers – $75
Another gift that shows your appreciation for a maternal figure in your life is slippers. Many mothers get so caught up in caring for others that it would truly display your gratitude for your maternal figure if you gift them something to help them relax. We think these Sunday Mule Slippers from Bomba are a wonderful option. While on the pricier side, Bomba is committed to their mission of sustainability, and with every purchase, they donate a pair of socks so other people can have access to comfort. 3. Honey sampler – price varies

These highlighters are all the rage right now, and your maternal figure would certainly appreciate them on Mother’s Day. If your maternal figure enjoys reading or stationery, then this is an excellent gift.
6. Flowers – price varies
And, last but certainly not least, the classic Mother’s Day gift — flowers! If you know your maternal figure’s favorite flower, then this gift is an easy one: simply purchase a bouquet or potted version of their favorite flower, and you are done. However, if you do not know their favorite flower, you can ask their loved ones or purchase a bouquet with a variety of blooms. Check out your local farmers markets for great quality, local flowers!
