Journalism is integral in every society across the globe as it is how people stay informed. It should be practiced with integrity and be a vehicle for truth and facts. Often it is how the stories of the underrepresented get told and heard.
I am passionate about art, writing, and advocacy for social justice issues, and at C Magazine I am able to explore my creativity at the intersection of these interests. What I appreciate about C Magazine is that it is a well-rounded and diverse community where I can collaborate with everyone and share ideas and opinions. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family and visiting places to learn about different cultures. I want to take what I learn from working on this publication to pursue a profession where I can continue to advocate for change.
